The website is hosted by STRATO. Technical access data such as IP address, date, requested file, referrer, browser and operating system may be processed in server logs to deliver and protect the website. No optional analytics or advertising tracking is used on this website.

Booking enquiries

The booking form processes the information you enter so that Tim Niklas can assess and answer your enquiry. Required fields are name, email, event type, message and confirmation of this privacy information. Phone, date and location are optional.

Enquiries are sent from the hosting server to the configured Gmail inbox. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and, where applicable, the legitimate interest in answering genuine enquiries. Messages are kept only for as long as they are needed for the enquiry, contractual duties or legal retention obligations.

Spam protection

A hidden field, the time required to complete the form and a short-lived, IP-based rate limit are used to prevent automated abuse. Rate-limit data is stored temporarily on the hosting server and does not contain the message text.

External profiles

SoundCloud and Instagram are linked as external websites. No player, social feed or tracking code from those services is loaded automatically. Their own privacy policies apply once you open a link.

Your rights
